LOCATION- Pittsburgh, Pa. You'll receive location address in a conformation email at the time of booking appts, also remember to please come alone due to space and seating, and NO KIDS or EXTRA GUEST!
DEPOSITS- all deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE and due at the time of booking. The remaining balance will be due day of appointment
REMEMBER-When booking for any appointments you must come Washed & condition, this applies for every style listed.
CANCELLATIONS- There will be a 25% of the service price if appointments are not cancelled with 24hrs.
FRONTAL/CLOSURE INSTALLS -
Transparent or HD frontal/closures are the only lace I accept!!! No TPART UNITS! When coming for these services for most seamless outcome preorder my frontals or frontal units there available for preorder and take 2.5 weeks to be produce and shipped to get here. I don’t use closure of frontals shorter than 16 inch for any style! Also I DO NOT ACCEPT OLD CLOSURES/FRONTALS AND CUT UP BUNDLES UNLESS I CUT THE WEFTS MYSELF.
REFUND POLICY
Due to the nature of jayedoesmyhair products all sales are FINAL. If you have any discrepancies or concerns you must contact our customer service with in 24-48 hours after receiving your order.
